But why is the future of the Cantt Board employees being left in the dark like this?

@DrDeepakKrishn1 Sir there is so much debate about sleep time. Some say even 3-4 hrs are enough. Most medical Practitioners say 8 hrs a must. Any recommendation. If I sleep 8hrs l, I miss my walk and meditation. Is 6 hrs ok?
