So, if Govt sells you a financial product by claiming it to be tax free at beginning but after you make profit, they can change the rule in between and ask you to share the profit by paying tax.

And ofcourse loss is all yours, they won't share the loss with you.

We need to understand that no law enforcement agency can impose a rule that most people refuse to follow. Laws work only when backed by social will, not just by force.
