Me thinking while riding an Uber 💬 Being away from my country, Facebook surely does connect me to the people I love, it lets me check in with my family, and see my friends’ latest whereabouts — but heck, this time, it is incredibly difficult to open Facebook, or even Instagram, for that matter — all I see is political rendezvous, clowns running the senate and personalities treating public service like reality shows. What used to be a place where we share photos (just like mine now 😂) — became a place where we see constant fights, and fakenews, and AI stirs, and what’s worse? Facebook is dominated by trolls with fake profiles or locked accounts with AI DPs. I just want to see birthdays, travels, and simple joys FROM REAL PEOPLE — not another episode of a never-ending circus 🤡 or tsismis from a wanna be vlogger. So what’s this point all about? @facebook, please purge out fake accounts. Too many trolls, too many fake profiles. Require people to verify using passports, do not allow secondary account. You have an opinion? Post it in your real account and be accountable. Faceless opinions should be irrelevant.

Excuse us, Senators! Kung takot na takot na kayo sa gunfire in the Senate — one of the safest places in the country, then try to go out in the streets of the Philippines. Gunshots, even killing without warrant are a daily reality of the Filipino people! If you feel so traumatized by that event — the same event that let Bato get away — then imagine the traumas of all of your people who have experience the same riot, or ordeal, or much worse. If you flicker just with the sound of a gunshot with all of the best security protecting you — while you claim a single scare has broken you — then LOOK AROUND and READ THE ROOM!!! We have been more traumatized not just by the same events, but by YOU!!!
