Congress is holding the first MKULTRA hearing since 1977.

The official title is: “Mind Control and Accountability: Uncovering the Truth of the CIA’s MKULTRA Project.”

Good.

But here's the question that needs to be asked directly...

Why wasn’t Jesse Beltran invited?

Why wasn’t the Mind Nexus team invited?

Why were the people actively documenting what appears to be the modern evolution of these programs not brought in front of Congress?

Jesse Beltran isn't sitting behind a desk guessing.

We have scanned thousands of people around the world.

We have documented anomalous frequencies around people reporting Havana Syndrome/AHI-type experiences, V2K, directed energy concerns, implant-related findings, neurological disruption, sleep interference, signal-related activity, and experiences that line up across people who have never met each other.

WE HAVE DOCUMENTED REMOVALS OF BIO-SENSORS FROM BONNIE KELLERBY (with chain of custody)...

That matters.

Because this isn't just history as they continue to say during this hearing.

This is happening now.

They can talk about MKULTRA like it ended in the 1970s, but does anyone seriously believe these programs just stopped?

Do they expect people to believe the intelligence community, military contractors, universities, private labs, defense agencies, and classified research pipelines simply walked away from mind control, behavioral modification, neurotechnology, directed energy, synthetic biology, nanotechnology, surveillance, and human experimentation?

No.

It evolved.

Maybe it's not called MKULTRA anymore (and that's thej loophole).

Maybe it's buried under another program name.

Maybe it's hidden behind national security, medical research, neuroscience, AI, bioengineering, behavioral influence, patents, classified contracts, or private-sector cutouts.

But people are still reporting the same patterns today.

Different cities.

Different countries.

Different backgrounds.

Same experiences.

Same frequency anomalies.

Same neurological complaints.

Same reports of targeting.

Same reports of voice-to-skull.

Same reports of directed energy.

Same reports of sleep disruption.

Same reports of bodily sensations.

Same reports of technology being used against them.

How does Congress explain that?

How does anyone explain what we are documenting during scans?

How do they explain the patents?

The Epstein-related files?

The Havana Syndrome record?

The smart dust patents?

The nanosensor research?

The body-area network literature?

The bioelectronic circuitry?

The directed energy research?

The self-assembling nanotechnology papers?

The testimony from people living this nightmare right now?

This hearing matters, but it's not enough.

If Congress wants the truth, they need to talk to the people dealing with current cases, not just historical researchers.

They need to talk to Jesse Beltran, NOW.

They need look into Mind Nexus.

They need to look at the scans, the data, the documents, the patents, the interviews, the reports, and the people whose lives are being destroyed while the government pretends this is only a history lesson.

The public doesn't need another controlled conversation.

The public needs the truth.
