He says he’s call back as he is in a meeting and then the call back is never received. This is one the worst shopping experience I have ever experienced in my life. Also I have a record of sending 20+ emails and still haven’t gotten a single solution.

Additionally they have the audacity to provide me a product was cheaper than the one I order, what a wonderful way of scamming their customer. I talked to their manager Hari and he is one a
of the most useless people on earth. Somehow he’s always busy.
Once again facing the battery related issue and despite of such long tweet. I haven’t got any response from their side. I don’t know what kind of drugs they are on, do they think that customers are just a bunch fools.
I’ve always faced issues with my Hero Vida V1 pro and their service centres weren’t able to fix it at once and I had to keep on revisiting their store. But this time I’m really fed up of their bullshit. My Vida’s battery kept getting discharged. I went to the service centre
