@inDrive cab no. WB23F9457. Booking was made from Santragachi railway station to Survey Park. I kept Waiting for the driver in this scorching heat and he picked some other person (probably got higher fare that too offline, that's full earning for himself) right in front of me.
He is not longer receiving my phone. Driver name Bharat Kumar. i haven't cancelled my booking and will not do so. @inDrive some action against this driver is necessitated.
@Uber_India I've booked a Uber from Howrah station. The trip is ongoing as I write here. The driver has already collected βΉ71 parking fee from me. But to the best of my knowledge, parking fee is included in fare. Can you please clarify quickly?
@thisisbhumika At least you received some refund. In my case the TTE marked me present and I never got any refund. I too filed TDR online well bef train dept. But the TTE simply sold my ticket to someone else. I tried complaining everyone but never got any refund @RailMinIndia
@flipkartsupport Apology is good but not enough. I want my phone without causing any further harassment and an apology from the delivery guy for his misbehaviour. Else I will be left with no other option but to approach appropriate authorities for asking a woman to accompany him at 11:30pm.
@flipkartsupport Don't worry about misuse. No scamster is smarter than you guys @Flipkart . Your delivery agent is trained to misguide customer. First check the entire phone, remove the screenguard and then make lame excuses of not accepting iPhones. What happens if my ph gets scratched now?
@savaaricars do you teach your cust support to abuse customers? I was badly mistreated by one of your guys. Call came from +915913506262. Guy kept on calling me at 12:23 in night, spoke extremely rudely and started abusing bef I hung up all bcz of some billing glitch in your app.

@Olacabs regarding CRN: 8759438974. I am currently in the ride and the cab is not having a functional AC. There are no adequate options for this issue in the app. Please address my concern at the earliest. It's boiling. Ola ride is supposed to be comfortable & not torture right?
