im still stuck on this, ador said the trust between dn and ador has been “irreparably damaged”. then technically that goes for all 5 . that means terminating all 5 contracts. im glad dns team clocked this.
It is being reported that most Press Reporters aren't typing what the Defense Team is presenting in Court, but once ADOR's Legal team starts speaking they rush to write.
According to people inside the court right now.
Judge NOT Happy with ADOR Presenting "evidence" on screen at court:
Judge: “Is it really appropriate to disclose evidence like this when it lacks objectivity?”
Danielle’s Legal Team: “We believe it is inappropriate.”
ADOR: “This is part of our method of presenting and proving our arguments. If we’re not allowed to show it, how are we supposed to proceed with the trial?”
@minjigongjunim1 Hybe stans really call a judge “corrupt” the second he starts doing his actual job like questioning weak claims, demanding evidence, and not letting delays slide. Sorry but that’s called a courtroom not a fan meeting
Defense to Judge:
"The court has already ruled that Min Hee-jin has never attempted to seize control of the company (ADOR) or poach members from NewJeans."
- ADOR knew about ELLE and OMEGA situation however they took no issue with it during the main lawsuit and even stated that trust wasn’t broken months after.
- ADOR claim trust is broken and Dani had no intention of returning due to discussions of an EO collab that never happened
ADOR:
It has only been six months since the complaint was filed. Is it appropriate to ask for this case to be dismissed now?
Danielle's Legal Team: This case involves the main action regarding the exclusive contract, the preliminary injunction, and the lawsuit filed by Min Hee-jin. So, you’re saying it’s only been six months for the defendant? This case has already been going on for over two years.
