I just watched that video of her where she explains away the death and murder of that old man.

I am filled with this seething rage that I can’t seem to let go of. I am so angry at this.

There is no excuse for a person like this woman to be in any sort of office or position of authority, at all. She is evil incarnate.

And let me point out. She also said that it was unfortunate that the victim was that old. What if it had been a younger person or God forbid a child? Would that have made it fortunate? That is a rabbit hole, but it is an important one.

This woman should not be in, or not allowed to be in any sort of office, or hold any kind of power over others. How can we have people like this participate in society. When she has more sympathy for the murderous waste of life that committed this horrendous crime, then the person that he killed, something is wrong with our society.

He is very measured in how he describes the judge. And I understand why. I know the other hand, don’t care. This judge should be pilloried and removed from office. In my opinion, she’s a criminal. She’s a political activist masquerading as a judge.

What Dafna Yoran is doing to Daniel Penny is nuts and absolutely illegal.

She moved to dismiss count one (manslaughter) because count two (criminal negligent homicide) couldn't be considered if there was a verdict.

They're bending the law to try and squeeze a guilty verdict for somebody who saved people on a train.
