@tlstgrlnthwrld Hang loose from a pull-up bar with your feet touching the ground for 30-60 seconds, repeat once an hour. You should feel if it is targeting the injury as there will be a pain-adjacent sensation of relief. Dealt with low back pain for years and only this has helped it heal
@NdSchizo Breed is most important, Holsteins are garbage tier. I get milk raw from a small farmer who raises Scottish Highlands cattle so the milk is A2 and very high fat - also sells goat milk and they both feel great.
