PNR 4747452538 pantry staff charging INR 50/- instead of INR 40/- for breakfast. When asked he said he didn't know the charges for the breakfast! Over charging the food. One of the pantry staff told manager give at 50 per plate. @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @GMSRailway

@HMRLHydmetro this person was asking to pay INR 10/- for urinals use. When asked for a receipt "we don't give receipts, pay the money and leave". This is fraud which is being encouraged. Tried giving complaint but no one responded. Hence raising complaints here. @ Nampally metro
