Three days ago, you announced 5 winners for the ₦1,000,000 funded account giveaway, and I was one of the winners.

We were told to contact your Telegram support to receive our accounts. I did exactly that.

Three days later , they are still waiting.

And honestly, the situation is getting concerning. While waiting, I went through your previous posts and comments and saw several people raising serious complaints about your service. One person claimed trades appeared on their account without them placing them, while another winner told me they were blocked after asking about their giveaway account.

I’m not saying every allegation I saw is true, but these are serious enough that your team should address them instead of ignoring people.

What makes it even more ironic is that your team previously approached me about becoming an affiliate and promoting your brand for commission. How am I supposed to promote a company when I’m still waiting for an account I supposedly won?

If you knew you weren't prepared to deliver these accounts, you shouldn't have hosted the giveaway in the first place.

Nobody is asking for special treatment. Just honour the giveaway you announced.

And if you genuinely want people to become affiliates and promote your brand, then fix the customer experience first. Nobody wants to put their reputation behind a company that doesn't communicate properly with its winners.
