Our team continues to assess the consequences of the terrible attack on the Okhmatdyt Hospital which was hit yesterday by a missile launched by the Russian Federation. Authorities have reported 2 killed and at least 50 injured, including 8 children.
We spent the day at the site yesterday and spoke with hospital staff and parents. Our preliminary fact-finding and analysis strongly indicate that the children’s hospital likely suffered a direct hit, rather than receiving damages due to an intercepted weapon.
As of this afternoon, authorities reported that at least 42 people had been killed and 190 people injured in the Russian Federation’s attacks yesterday on Ukraine.
