Hi, I have been using your app a lot and it's great. I'm currently learning sign language at the moment. Recently the app is giving an Internet access error. Just wondering is there an issue with the app?

@tweethue Thanks for the info. I downloaded the Bluetooth app and paired the blub and then once I went into the Google home app it took a while but it finally come on the app. Thanks very much for your help. Much appreciated

@tweethue hi, I'm trying to re-pair my Philips hue account to my Google nest mini but everytime I do it asks me to pair the bridge which I don't have.

@tweethue Sure, so I have a Bluetooth blub and a Google nest mini. Once I try to link the Philips hue account to the google home app it asks me to pair bridge which I didn't need to before and won't let me progress to pair my Bluetooth light with my Google nest mini

@tweethue Ok but I was able to get it to work when I set it up before Christmas and I didnt need the Hue Bridge then. Has something changed that a Hue Bridge is needed?

@snapchatsupport hi team. I've been having issues the last week with Snapchat unexpected closing. I'd be trying to send a snap or view a story and then it would crash after a minute and asked to reopen. Is there issues at the moment?

@snapchatsupport I kept a look out for an update and updated today but still giving me issues. I have already uninstall reinstall app and logged out and logged in again and still the same. Very weird it's only happened the since last week and there were no changes done
