Trees touching live electricity wires in lane G85–G95, Sushant Lok 2, Gurgaon are causing voltage fluctuations during wind/rain. Two AC PCBs at our home already got damaged.

This is a routine maintenance issue to be catered proactively.

@excitel_rocks your company norms cannot decide the law. Service not availed leads to refund of money of un availed period. Further, usually there is 15 days lookup period in these cases as my connection got activated on 29 March 2026. @DoT_India @TRAI appreciate intervention
