Applied online for opening PNB Savings A/c (Ref LSAVG25009494403). VKYC failed just before completion as PNB official’s screen going black. I tried VKYC again but the portal requested me to visit nearest branch. Batanagar Branch saying they can't help. Why so? @pnbindia @RBI
