Role: Research Analyst (AI x Crypto)

Thesis: Agentic DeFi is bottlenecked by authority, not intelligence. Real capital won’t move through agents until their permissions are bounded and provable onchain, so value accrues to the permission layer before agent tokens.

Background: Smart contract security researcher (medium-severity finding on Cantina) and AI engineer. I’ve built AI agents, agents including a self-improving research agent. In Uniswap Hook Incubator, I built a v4 hook that stops mempool sandwich attacks on large swaps. I look at agentic DeFi from both sides: how agents act, and where they break.
