Sandwiched between Morrisons and Lidl in Newquay, Cornwall is a tiny bit of scrub where this gorgeous fullsome hawthorn is in flower. Proof that nature needs little help to flourish. Let's help by treasuring and connecting our UK scrubland. @Cornwall_BC

Great to be back at the wonderful cafe at Bedruthan Steps. No better place to fuel up after a walk along the glorious North Cornish Coast @NTSouthWest@nt_scones
@Radiojottings@tvark Paddy Feeny. Top bloke. Briefly worked on World Service Saturday Special. In it's heyday it had a vast and very very loyal audience. Paddy was a proper celebrity in ex-Colonial parts of the world.
Gordon Greenidge and Barry Richards walk out to bat for Hampshire in 1973.
I don’t envy whoever was the county pro who had to open the bowling against them.
@1968Tv Know traditionalists won't like it but it's a shame the FA Cup Final didn't move with the times and copy some of the entertainment caché of the Superbowl. It might have become a worldwide watch and saved the glorious old competition.
@hantscricket Amazing cricketer and widely liked within the game. Many years ago we made a short documentary about his life for ITV Meridian. Sad that he's not around to impart his knowledge and skills to future generations. @theprowt
