1st Annual ChesMont Showcase will take place in the Dome at United Sports: 1426 Marshallton Thorndale Road, Downingtown PA 19355
Check-in will start at 5:30. Showcase will begin at 6:00pm.

As an AD, I implemented a strength program where every athlete lifts in season with their current team. I challenged coaches to scientifically prove it was not beneficial. No one could.
