Some business owners become the strong one by default... until they realise support has only ever flowed one way. What I’m still learning is: Support doesn’t have to be earned by over-giving or burning out. It just needs to be mutual.

Next time you stand up, grab a folder. No folder? A shoebox will do. ... an Amazon box? Got one? Great. This is now your business paperwork dumping ground. Every rogue receipt, invoice, letter... in the box. No sorting. No organising. Future you’s job is already easier!
