Don’t ever tell Kenyans to forget, forgive or move on. The culture of impunity must end!
I have seen some idlers on social media, led by Nyakundi, commenting on things they do not understand following my return from Geneva where I was attending the International Labour Conference (ILC).
Before going to Geneva, I negotiated for a general wage increase of 12% and an agricultural wage increase of 15%, a total of 27% which has never happened in the history of industrial relations in Kenya. This will really see workers gain more on their payslip, even as the government proceeds to implement PAYE reforms that will see no PAYE being deducted on salaries below 30,000 and the PAYE of workers earning up to 60,000 revised.
These idlers like Nyakundi should not have the audacity to talk of issues they don’t understand especially because they are not employed anywhere and anybody who is jobless cannot understand what are terms and conditions of service of working men and women.
Equally, while in Geneva, I personally took part in the negotiations for a new convention (ILO Convention No. 193) on decent work in platform economy, which is not easy. This will see platform workers like Uber and Bolt drivers gain more in terms of terms and conditions of service as a result of of the new ILO Convention.
UHURU AND MATIANG'I ARE TO BLAME FOR SOMALIANS WITH KENYAN IDS.

In the so-called KTN exposé, those who oppose President William Ruto made sure that the Standard newspaper's headlines featured only photos of Kalenjins. This was a deliberate attempt to frame the narrative along ethnic lines. For instance, they included the Director of Immigration—whose office has nothing to do with ID issuance—alongside Dr. Belio Kipsang, who only recently joined the State Department, and even Bitok and Murkomen, who were not even in the ministry in 2022 when the IDs in question were issued.
In their counter-argument, these critics chose to accept all the data on the IDs except the date of issuance. Why? Because the goal was to tie the scandal to the current administration, regardless of the facts.
It is important to note that IDs are not issued at the ministry or State Department level. They are processed at much lower administrative levels, where ordinary Kenyans interact only with chiefs and sub-county registrars. The president or Cabinet Secretaries have no direct involvement in that process.
The ongoing spirited campaign against President Ruto is not really about IDs—it is about ethnic dominance. It reflects a sense of entitlement to Kenya's resources by certain groups. Unfortunately, many slow-thinking Kenyans have failed to see this. They have also forgotten that the illegal issuance of IDs and passports to non-Kenyans is not a new problem. It began during Jomo Kenyatta's time and has continued ever since, happening at levels far removed from the presidency or Cabinet.
William Ruto was considered a good man when he helped Uhuru Kenyatta become president and secure a second term. Similarly, Raila Odinga was praised when he helped Mwai Kibaki become president—they even gave him flattering nicknames like "Jamba." Likewise, Jaramogi Oginga Odinga was seen as a hero when he stepped aside for Jomo Kenyatta to become president. But within a few years, he and his Luo followers were demonized by the same people who once embraced them.
Jomo Kenyatta's hatred for Jaramogi and the Luo community was so deep that in October 1969, just months after the assassinations of Argwings Kodhek and Tom Mboya, he traveled to Kisumu to provoke them and assert his authority. He oversaw the killing of Luo schoolchildren without any remorse.
Today’s young Luo hecklers seem unaware of this history. They have also forgotten how the Mungiki were sponsored to slaughter Luos in Naivasha during the 2007/8 post-election violence. If we refuse to talk about these atrocities, we will never find lasting solutions. They will simply be normalized. Some things are better forgiven, though, but they should never be forgotten.
These people often speak of betrayal as if they are its victims—yet they have used betrayal as a political tool since independence. Time and again, they have turned against their own allies, only to later use sponsored propaganda to twist the narrative and blame their victims.
Kenya belongs to all of us. We must share its resources equally, including leadership positions.
Finally, Uhuru Kenyatta's appointee—Fred Matiang’i—must take responsibility for the IDs issued to foreigners during his tenure as Interior Cabinet Secretary.
— Earlier this evening joined fellow officials in a routine ODM Central Management Committee consultative meeting. We noted with satisfaction the recent party activities and are encouraged with good reports of renewed energy and passion in our bases. TUKO TAYARI.

If Riggy G is not on the Ballot,
3 things will happen;
1. Mt Kenya votes will be split.
A huge chunk of Mt Kenya East, especially Mbeere Tharaka and Parts of Meru will vote for Ruto because of Kindiki, as weird as that sounds.
2. There will be voter Apathy in Mt Kenya.
Wantam will lose meaning and Many people including me will not turn up to vote, because to us, it will just be a repeat of 2022. An Election with nothing in it for us. We will spend that day in our farms.
3. Ruto will win Very Easily.
There is no one else in the Opposition with the political talent, mobilization skills, networks and Funds to run a campaign against a sitting President Ruto.
And If you don’t believe me,

I said it in 2024 when Rigathi Gachagua was impeached by the Senate. The High Court agreed with me today that indeed he was denied a fair trial. A decision that infringe on a litigant's non derogable rights like the right to a fair trial under Article 25(c) can't stand in law.

WHAT DENNIS ONYANGO SAID ABOUT THE FOLLOWING IN CITIZEN TV INTERVIEW
Dennis Onyango was Raila Odinga's spokesperson pouched from the media. What he said is the whole truth:
🔹Junet Mohamed: Raila trusted him. He was probably hurt by 2022 loss.
🔹SK Macharia: He believed in Raila. He wanted him to win and deployed resources. Was undermined by guys who viewed him as analogue.
🔹Makau Mutua: Added no value to Raila. He even made Raila believe in fake tallying center.
🔹Edwin Sifuna: Raila trusted him until the interview with Citizen TV where Sifuna spoke as if Mzee knew nothing. He lost trust of Mr. Odinga in his sunset days.
🔹Babu Owino: Raila feared him. He saw him as a threat to his base. He viewed him as impatient. Mzee thought giving him space will destabilize his dominance and make dwindle his long political dominance.
🔹Oketch Salah: A trusted business partner of Mr. Odinga. He travelled with Mzee everywhere. Mr. Onyango sympathises with Salah and wonders why some family members were disowning him.
🔹William Ruto: Raila trusted President Ruto. He often said their vision was the same particularly the housing project. Mzee believed in broad-based.
🔹Joho: One of Raila's most trusted foot soldier. Mzee could tell him anything and he would implement immediately.
At long last Robert Alai @RobertAlai is vindicated, he has always pointed out how Patrick Analo has been approving sub-standard development in the city without following due process and even Sakaja as a Governor is afraid of him🙊🙊🙊
“It is difficult to move on” Maurice Ogeta gives an emotional tribute to his boss as he fights back tears.
This guy was part of Raila system as he eulogizes, he was his father & spent most of his time with him more than the family.
Ei Jakom! It’s still painful by a lot!
