I'd try and make this "Ulcer" discourse very simple.

Ulcer is an English word which means wound, injury, break in continuity.

Now let's bring this to the body. Ulcer would mean a wound. Which means you can have Ulcer anywhere.
Ulcer in the eyes, Ulcer in the mouth, Ulcer in the penis, Ulcer in the vagina, Ulcer in the Armpit, Ulcer in the Buttocks, Ulcer on the Nose... Ulcer anywhere

Now let's come down again to the current convo.
Ulcer in our digestive tract. Let's focus on Stomach for now, since that's common and in light of discourse.

An average person once they have small chest pain, they assume ulcer.
If they eat beans or fried beans or pepper- they say ulcer, they lie down with a pain- ulcer

But these symptoms are all vague, there 1000 and 1 things that can present like this too.
A Cancer can, an infection can, a growth can too, some changes in the system can present like this....and ALL OF THEM ARE NOT ULCERS BUT JUST PRESENTING LIKE ULCERS .... but people assume pain------ulcer

From what I've explained you'd agree with me that if there is a wound in your stomach there is only one way to 100% confirm. Which is to see it. No one can see the wound inside the stomach and that's why the camera called ENDOSCOPY is done to go inside to see

I usually say... YOU CAN NEVER SAY YOU HAVE AN ULCER IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE AN ENDOSCOPY.
IT CAN BE SUSPECTED. IT NEEDS TO BE CONFIRMED

Now imagine someone who has been having this pain for awhile, he has assumed it is an ulcer..imagine jt was a growth or cancer. He keeps taking drugs upon drugs and all while the cancer is growing .

One day he is so weak after vomiting blood..then later the hospital sees that so called Ulcer has been a Cancer all along. At this point , it is late.

So the take home, every pain is not ulcer, many things can present like an ulcer, from a cancer, growth, infections, and many more.
Don't self medicate, go to a hospital to get assessed and treated.

In the spirit of that transparency, let's walk through your own record.

2010: You hired Acces International, a firm in Monaco whose entire business is helping wealthy people hide who really owns what. Secrecy, sold as a service.

Acces brought in Alcogal, a law firm in Panama. Their job is to supply fake directors and shell companies in countries that refuse to share ownership records with outsiders.

Then you built a five-step process to add extra walls.

Step one: on November 17, 2010, a company called Gabriella Investments Limited was set up in the British Virgin Islands, named after your daughter. You chose the British Virgin Islands specifically because it does not hand over company ownership records to foreign governments.

Step two: that same day, 50,000 shares of Gabriella Investments were handed to another company, Hill International Holding Corporation, based in Belize. Belize is a small Central American country, also known for refusing most outside requests for ownership information.

Step three: two people were installed as directors, Antony Janse Van Vuuren and Lance Lawson. These are not your business partners. They are strangers paid to let their names appear on public paperwork instead of yours, so anyone searching for the real owner finds them, not you.

Step four: In 2017, the whole structure was renamed PMGG Investments, and a new entity was created, The Gabriella Settlement, a trust also registered in the British Virgin Islands.

Step five: a company called Granite Trust, based in New Zealand, was made the trustee in charge of that trust. Trusts registered in New Zealand are specifically known for making it almost impossible to trace who actually controls the money inside them.

Five separate steps, in five different countries, each one chosen because it does not cooperate with the one before it.

That is not how a person manages an investment. That is how a person makes an investment impossible to find.

Alongside all this, you stayed on as a director of Next International (UK) Limited, a company in the United Kingdom, for 14 months after you became governor, before resigning "on phone," with no paperwork.

You held foreign bank accounts while governor, which Nigerian law does not allow public officers to do.

None of it was ever declared to the Code of Conduct Bureau.

We would not know any of this if not for a leak.

You didn't declare it.

A leak in 2021 that happened to catch you, along with 35 other world leaders, in a dataset you never chose to make public yourself.

The re-election of Governor Ademola Adeleke in the just-concluded Osun election is a fitting assurance that democracy will continue to flourish in our country under the All Progressives Congress administration.

I called Governor Ademola Adeleke @AAdeleke_01 earlier today to congratulate him on his election victory in Osun State. His victory once again confirmed the confidence the people of Osun State have in him.

I wish him great success as he prepares to lead the state for the next four years. Now that he has won, Governor Adeleke must unite the people of Osun State and rally them for growth, stability, and social and economic progress, regardless of the political choices they made at the election.

I salute the courage and discipline displayed by other contestants in the election. Their participation deepened and enriched our country’s democratic culture. The outcome of the election reflects the will of the people and is a fitting assurance that democracy will continue to flourish in our land.

I must also commend the Independent National Electoral Commission and the security agencies for conducting a peaceful and transparent election that produced a clear winner.

A man has been documenting McDonald’s burgers for over a year and the results are hard to ignore.

His 515-day-old cheeseburger still looks almost the same. The receipt he kept with it fell apart faster than the burger itself. A 119-day-old Quarter Pounder is so hard he says he’ll need a crowbar to pull it apart. Even a 25-day-old McChicken shows almost no real decay on the patty.

When India accidentally wiped out its vultures, half a million people died in five years.

The bird doing zoomies in this video runs the most extreme digestive system in the animal kingdom. Vulture stomach acid sits near pH 1, strong enough to destroy anthrax, rabies, and botulism in the carcasses they eat. A flock strips a cow to bone in about 45 minutes.

India had 50 million of them. Free sanitation at national scale, in a country where religious custom means most cattle die natural deaths and every dead cow becomes a carcass someone has to deal with.

Then the patent on diclofenac expired in 1994. Farmers started using the cheap painkiller on livestock. Trace amounts left in a carcass cause kidney failure in vultures. Within a decade, 50 million birds fell to a few thousand. The fastest collapse of any bird species since the passenger pigeon.

The carcasses didn't disappear. Feral dogs took the vultures' place and brought rabies with them. Rotting remains leached into waterways. In districts where vultures once thrived, human death rates rose more than 4 percent. Economists at Chicago and Warwick put the toll at 100,000 extra deaths a year and $69 billion in annual damages.

So yes, the goofy bird sprinting down the walkway is adorable. It's also a disease firewall that evolution spent millions of years building and one generic painkiller nearly erased in ten.
