Normalize testing everything, even the tiny details. I wrote a test for a feature yesterday and assumed all fields would be there. A quick log showed some weren't being saved correctly, so I had to go back and write a more thorough test.

Growth doesn't have to be loud or fast. Sometimes it’s the small, consistent steps; fixing a bug, understanding a concept or improving one part of your codebase.
You don't have to build the next big thing to keep up.
Showing up and learning at your own pace is enough.
