People underestimate how deeply an environment shapes the human mind. Imagine waking up every morning to clean roads, proper drainage, minimal dust, organized surroundings, safe walkways. Eventually, your mindset changes. You begin to think clearer, dream bigger, and expect better from life itself.
When you break down the ROI on male attention, you'll realise it's not even that serious.
- 90% of those who approach you don't mean you well. Straight up.
- Half of the remaining 10% are nothing to write home about.
- The remaining 5% may be worth spending your time with, but from spending time with that 5%, you'll realise half of them are not what they initially present as.
So you're essentially left with maybe 2 to 3% of this 'male attention' that would truly be worth your time and effort. So why is that something to define yourself by? Make it make sense please.
when you drop the self pity and just start moving like you dgaf its genuinely so healing like i actually have no reason to feel bad for or about myself
Always choose clean pain over dirty pain.
Clean pain is the pain of telling the truth. The pain of leaving. The pain of disappointing someone. The pain of starting. The pain of being bad at something new. The pain of saving money instead of buying the thing. The pain of going to bed while the party continues. The pain of facing the blank page.
Dirty pain is the pain of avoiding clean pain. The pain of staying too long. The pain of lying. The pain of living above your means. The pain of being known inaccurately. The pain of watching your life shrink around a fear you refuse to face. The pain of managing the consequences of cowardice.
Clean pain is often sharp and brief, dirty pain is dull and chronic.
Self-respect is paying the clean cost early.
One thing adulthood has taught me is that I am not above anything. Homelessness, death, no job, literally anything can happen. Hence, I must never be too quick to speak over situations I’ve never found myself in. No one is above anything, not even your good actions can save you from your fair share of trials.
Life is crazy. Tables turn. Always stay humble & be grateful. ✌

S/O to everybody taking care of themselves. Y’all RVPs.
If you stand near faeces for a while, you stop smelling it. Not because it has stopped smelling but because you're now used to it.
Same way, if you tolerate rubbish for a while, it stops looking like rubbish to you.
