I recently took a break from study to get my hands free. I am actually not free though - I am presently developing a high level strategy but, at least I am not working with a predefined deadline. I also got the time to post on LinkedIn.

I want to be active on social media but, I find it hard to keep up. How do you stay active on X as a busy person? Do you automate your post? I would love to hear from your guys.

The way I pray for mothers, especially pregnant women runs deep. It comes from a place of deep understanding, love and what I have witnessed through the amazing women around me.

I know the sacrifices women make to bring a child into the world. They put their lives on the line, endure the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy and childbirth, survive countless sleepless nights, and bear the pain of breastfeeding while still nurturing their babies with love. Some have to deal with PTSD, Many also pause their own dreams and aspirations for a while, to give their children the best start in life.

Women are truly remarkable. They deserve to be loved, supported, appreciated, and cared for.

Today, take a moment to appreciate the women in your life. Tell them how much they mean to you. Sometimes, a few heartfelt words can make all the difference.

@iam_julye The way the youths are hustling it's telling on their health. The number of young people with high blood pressure alone is alarming. If the economy was great the pressure to survive won't be too obvious. Most have to assist their parents at an early age. It's worrisome.
