@DtheNP It was actually my 11yo who taught me about ✈️ mode when I asked why he wasn’t getting or responding to any of my texts. Created a new rule for him while also saving my peace from work!

6 months ago I started a new job in a new specialty in a new state.

Am now disappointed to see the "White Girl Coalition" is alive and well.

This is my first staff job in 5 years and some things will never change I see. Back to traveling or attempt to force a change?
