About three months ago I noticed something interesting while reviewing creator communities.

The people generating the most meaningful discussions weren't always the biggest accounts.

They were the creators with a clear perspective that people kept coming back to.

That's why one creator I'd love to see join @ClashoAI is Justin Welsh.

Not because of his follower count.

Because he's built a reputation around sharing repeatable ideas, documenting his thinking, and consistently explaining why he believes what he believes.

That feels aligned with how the Attention Games works.

Most creator campaigns reward visibility. Clasho's missions reward creators who can take a position, connect it to personal experience, and contribute consistently throughout the campaign. The leaderboard isn't built around one viral moment. It's built around sustained participation over time.

A few years ago I would have assumed the best creators were simply the loudest.
