It has worked for me on different ledgers.

Step by step:

- Click connect via Ledger (while Ledger wallet is the one on your phantom)

- When the Phantom notification pops up, don't accept. Click on the top left and switch to a different wallet (it's alright even if it has no funds)

- Allocation for your ledger will be shown, and your Ledger will appear as connected on the claim site.

- Now click where you connect the wallet you want to claim with. When the phantom notification pops up, don't accept. Click top left to switch back to your Ledger wallet on phantom.

- Now you can accept, and redeem your $pengu tokens.
