@BebeChez_eth Finally managed to log in on my phone!!! I actually have a question, I believe a state of hypnosis can be quite scary once you lose control, is it safe to try self-hypnosis alone without any guide or coach (especially when you are a complete beginner?)

@BebeChez_eth I learned that in my teens (not too early but thankfully not too late). I just find it super important to remind yourself of that, cause it gives you a whole other perspective on people's actions - even those that might offend you at first. Negativity does not come out of nowhere
