Once in school when I was about to get my math answer sheet, was so terrified of the result that started crying before hand.
Makes me realise how deeply seated these failures are in the psyche of children.
Cheers to my amygdala for remembering and screwing me over in med school🥲
Ever heard of anxious attachment?
My therapist diagnosed me with it yesterday and achanak se meri life ke saare actions ke reasons mil gaye hain.
THERAPY BAWAAL CHEEZ HAI🤌 SUGGESTING 10/10 💪
With courage in my heart and silly humour in my head, with tears in one and sparkle in other eye, with hope of having the best ahead and acceptance of witnessing the worst
I'll sail my boat to the shore✨

When everything goes hand in hand why not just move forward together,
Forgiving ourselves and others for every wrong ever.

On the days when you feel restless, too anxious to think rationally, too anxious to work, too anxious to even sleep peacefully, I want you to take a day out for yourself, calm yourself, be with yourself, love and pamper yourself.
You got this.✨

I think It takes a mbbs year to realise
Familiarity breeds contempt 🤡 lmao
