I’ve been watching F1 for a while and rewatched a lot of previous seasons having seen lots of dominant teams
Not to take credit away from Max
but I’ve never seen a team with a car that good do such a bad job at throwing points away handing it to a title rival
Unbelievable
Carlos Sainz 👏
"I know people like that drama, especially when we're talking about a seven-time world champion..."
"I side with Lewis (Hamilton), and it's very difficult to join a team and stand out. Even more so in your first year, when your teammate knows the car and the team so well. It's very, very difficult. I can't explain how difficult it is."

#QatarGP 🇶🇦 || George Russel revealed that after Baku 2022 he and Lewis wanted to place a senior engineer in the Mercedes simulator rig to show how much the car was porpoising in Baku 2022 but were banned from doing it by a health and safety officer.
“We've got a rig that does simulated replays of a lap, replaying the suspension movements from the chassis side, and Lewis and I wanted to put one of our chief designers in this car to do a replay of Baku.”
“[It was] to show how aggressive the porpoising was, and the health and safety officer said it was too dangerous, so that gives a bit of perspective.”
"You're driving around for an hour-and-a-half, you're shaking all over the place and your back, your body, your eyes.”
