[LingLing Kwong VietNam FC - For DarLing 🇻🇳 @LingLingVNFC]

MC's post on Xiaohongshu
The beautiful MC shared what she chatted about with P'Ling for all of us to hear:

LingLing Kwong:

I believe there are two worlds: the real world and the world of social media.

To me, the real world matters far more. Because in real life, I've almost never met people like that. No one has ever stood in front of me and said the cruel things that some people write online.

If those things happen, they almost always happen on social media.

So, honestly, I don't let them stay in my heart.

At first, of course, I felt hurt.

But then I realized that the people who say or do those things simply want to hurt us. They want to see us unhappy.

No matter what we say, there will always be people who agree with us, and there will always be people who disagree.

There are also people who will oppose you no matter what you do.

So that's okay.

We just need to live our own lives, and let them live theirs.

If someone deliberately tries to hurt my heart, I won't give them any value or space in my life.

What I need to do is live as happily as I possibly can.

I want those who wish for my unhappiness to see that I'm living a joyful and fulfilling life.

Our responsibility is to devote our attention, time, and energy to the people who genuinely love and care about us.

Life is short.

So why should we spend our time and energy on people who neither appreciate nor value us?

In fact, I hope those people can turn back and learn to love themselves more.

You really don't need to spend so much attention on me. Use that time to love yourself instead.

Malicious comments and fabricated stories are, in the end, just a waste of life.

Sometimes speaking up may help a little, but more often than not, it simply turns into another argument.

So what we need to do is simply clarify the truth what is true and what is false. As for the rest, let time prove it.

Cortisol = a puffy face.

If cortisol stays high, the puffiness won't drain — no matter how clean you eat.

These are the best ways to bring it down:

1. No food 3 hours before bed.
