@ForrestPKnight metro would not release to me the information of the employee who had authorized the sim swap but basically there's a network of scammers at phone stores swapping sims and stealing data and credentials with it. this was a random store that was states away as well.

@ForrestPKnight You think this is bad look up sim swap scams. Someone tried to get into my coinbase and I caught it by the email attempt. they had swapped my sim and used my phone to receive the text to change password then swapped it back. this happened at a metropcs in Huntington beach btw.
