I was asked to make a plant based cake to celebrate someone’s baptism. 🌱 No eggs, butter, milk? 🤔 Thanks to the internet it wasn’t that big a challenge. 😄

I made a chocolate and almond cake with a dark chocolate SMB filling and toasted almond flakes. 😋

I made this beauty in September last year 🤍 I finished it at night and the pictures I got did not look nearly as pretty as the one I received from the client. 🥹

I spend hours working on these cakes then poof 🪄 the client fetches it and it’s gone forever (literally). 🍽
