@Se_Railway hi guys I’m on the 5:56 CX to Twells and while I’m aware of the current delays from the app there has not been any updates from on board staff. We were sat outside New Cross for 15 mins with no ac so even a brief update would help .
@Se_Railway hi guys accidentally bought an e ticket single instead of day return for me and my son TBW - Lon . Is there any way I can avoid buying a new ticket as single cost is the same as a return with a network card £14

@Se_Railway Hi guys I have bought a number of advance tickets in the rail sale but maybe unable to travel to London from TWELLS because our kids school is closed with no water . Is there any way I can change dates or get a refund ?

@Se_Railway Hi guys I think I just left my black specsavers reading glasses on the 17:06 arrival at TWELLS from charring cross going to Hastings . I think it was the 7th or 8th carriage right hand table seat approx middle of carriage . anyway they could be retrieved? Thanks!
@Se_Railway hi guys am on the 18:45 CX to Hastings and it’s running very slowly. The guard is trying to tell us what’s happening but the pa volume is too low in carriage 78216
@Se_Railway are there any plan to improve WiFi connectivity? Large portions of my TWELLS -to London journey have big patches of no or slow connectivity. I appreciate this may be reliant on networks but wondering if anything is planned .
@Se_Railway Hi guys my advance single e ticket from Tunbridge Wells to London did not work 5 minutes before departure. Luckily a member of staff let me through but is that intentional? Just wondering if I should allow extra time in case no staff are available next time.

Hi @Se_Railway I bought an advance single for the 18:00 London CX to TWELLS today I have to travel back earlier as we have no childcare this afternoon. Is there anything I can do? The admin fee of £10 is about half the standard fare so not sure of my best option. Thanks!
