Have you ever noticed how atheists have no explanations and no answers? Zero. Not a single meaningful one. Only objections.
They’re not skeptics—they’re sleepwalkers. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Follow the white rabbit.
Why is it so hard for people to understand that you can love the person, but hate the sin? Be loving, but also know that it isn’t right, but no need to be hateful.
We can objectively determine the sun exists. We can detect light from it in lumens, and the neutrinos from it using dry cleaning fluid.
Tell me what apparatus you need to detect God, and the units of measure.
There were no video recorders to film it.
There were no cameras to photograph it.
There was no microphones to capture the sound of it.
You disbelieve because God did not send all three devices descending on a cloud to capture the event.
Even if He did, you'd still disbelieve.
The problem is nothing to do with science.
The problem is you can't prove your God exists.
That's the problem with things that don't exist - it's extremely difficult to prove that they do!
Science cannot prove that God does or doesn't exist, as science can only prove the physical a posteriori.
But God is a metaphysical question proven a priori. To claim that science proves God either way is to make a category error, as science cannot prove metaphysics.
Science cannot even prove that logic, math and modal truth exist, yet science presupposes that they exist in order to prove science, i.e., science takes the existence of those things on faith alone.
Therefore, science is predicated on faith.
Why would religion X advocate for people to follow a religion other than religion X?
Surely religion X wants people to following religion X, not religion Y. If religion X advocates for people to follow religion Y, then religion X decreases.
This post makes no logical sense.
They are not claiming that the idols are gods. The idols are simply images of gods, but not the gods themselves.
You committed the map-territory fallacy.
A museum exhibit had to be covered up because new discoveries showed it was wrong.
Human theories change. God's Word does not.
Evolution is not a neutral conclusion. It is a worldview built on assumptions about the past.
