@VirginAmerica can't DM since you aren't following me. once again wasting my time. on hold >3 hrs yesterday. customer service is HORRIBLE!

@VirginAmerica has absolutely NO empathy - you won't let me cancel my flight w/o a fee...do you expect me to be homeless in NYC?!?
