Elon Musk does not seem to understand that laborers in a private company in which he owns all the equity don’t have any incentive to “win.” They are motivated by fair pay and working conditions, not some bs esprit de corps.

@LilOldAl it seemed to be down that way, there were people standing around the street (which points right down to the pier) looking down there by the time I got out but of course that was exactly when they all stopped lol
@dawnie_pre few seconds after it started I could hear all the dogs in the area going off. never had fireworks that I could *feel* from my apartment before, usually they’re much further off
