【話題】猪苗代湖ボートひき逃げ事件、その後の詳細が明らかに

◆事件概要
・2020年9月、湖で遊泳中の家族がボートに“ひき逃げ”され死傷した事件
・8歳の瑛大君が死亡＆母親は両足切断
・2021年9月、事件から1年後に佐藤剛(45)被告が逮捕＆起訴され現在も刑事裁判中

◆その後
・佐藤被告の逮捕時、
共同通信が「3人死傷の猪苗代湖ボート事故 同乗者撮影の動画に『やばい』と声」と題された記事を出す
→記事には「ひき逃げ直後、ボート同乗者が録った動画に佐藤被告が『やばいやばい』と慌てる音声が残っていた」「同乗者らに佐藤被告が『何もなかったよな？』と事件を口止めした」との記載
・佐藤被告は「記事内容は誤り」として共同通信を名誉毀損で訴訟
→22年3月、共同通信が佐藤被告と和解し「確認取材が不十分で、現時点で事実と確認できない内容が記事に含まれていた」と謝罪記事を出す

◆遺族インタビュー記事により詳細が明らかに
・24年3月、被害者遺族のインタビュー記事が出る(https://t.co/0qsjtT8SPP)
・事件当日、犯人を目撃した父親が警官に「犯人のボートはあれです」と告げるも、佐藤被告は事情聴取に「知らない」と述べ即解放されていた
・裁判にて佐藤被告は「ボートの運転中、被害者は見えていなかった」と無罪を主張していた
→23年に一審にて業務上過失致死罪で禁固2年の有罪判決が出るも、即日控訴し現在も裁判中
・禁固2年の判決が出た際に佐藤被告は収監されたが、保釈金を払い当日中に保釈
→保釈後もSNSに高級ホテル＆高級料亭での派手な生活を投稿
・息子を失って3年半が経過も、いまだに二審が始まらない＆被告が豪遊を続けていることを遺族が嘆く(今ここ)
