BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ @bts_bighit 🌎🇰🇷
On August 1, The Biggest Pop Band in the World was seen by over 2 million ARMYs at their BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ since April 9.
BTS has achieved another 1 million across 4 countries, 7 cities, and 13 shows in just 65 days. As of today at 2 million tour attendance, this adds to 9 countries, 14 cities, and 33 shows once again making this one of the fastest growing tours to reach 2 million of all time, surpassing Bruno Mars’ large scale Romantic Tour. BTS is the first and only Asian Pop band to reach 2 million in under 90 days in the same year, despite the ongoing blue dot fevers of 2026.
BTS also became the first and only Pop band to perform at the first FIFA World Cup Finals halftime show for charity, as well selling record breaking bids of their outfits, some hitting 100 grand, raised for charity, both iconic events happened at one MetLife Stadium.
BTS as an Asian pop artist continues to raise the ceiling in attendance records, historic achievements, and having the biggest fandom in the planet by their side. With fandoms like ARMYs and records like these, GRAMMY needs BTS, but BTS doesn’t need them.
The next stop for BTS is 3 million and is projected to reach that right in Los Angeles, a fitting conclusion of the rest of North America after Asia and Europe and marks the end of the 31-stadium show run in North America, expected to reach far beyond 1/2 billion in gross revenue and more to come. There is still more concerts to go, more records to break, and more to make history in the 13 years of their career starting from K-Pop, and now, Pop.
1 millionth at Sin City. 2 millionth in the East Coast. 3 Million ARMYs at the final showdown at SoFi Stadium, or possibly by Jungkook’s birthday.

Cambodia vows to reclaim land illegally occupied by Thai forces
#National
The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has reaffirmed its determination to reclaim territory illegally occupied by Thai troops.
Government Spokesman Pen Bona said that the government is actively pursuing a peaceful resolution of the border dispute in line with international law, conventions, and treaties.
During a February 17 briefing on the Cambodia-Thailand border situation, Bona clarified that providing temporary shelter to displaced residents does not signal abandonment of Cambodia’s territorial claims.
He reiterated that Prime Minister Hun Manet has consistently affirmed the government’s commitment to protect Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The RGC has officially protested all violations by Thai forces affecting civilian areas, asserting Cambodia’s legitimate rights to defend its land and citizens.
Bona added that the government remains resolute in upholding the border established by the Indochina-Siamese Border Commission and will not recognise any border changes imposed by force.
