@DiannaLGunn Warm Bodies stands out as the exception to the rule for me because it actually acknowledged 'these creatures used to be people' in a meaningful way & made them more than just an inhuman threat.

I love stories about dead (& undead) things. Ghosts, wraiths, ghouls, vampires sometimes zombies. Those are my jam.

Especially ones that use such things to explore human connection and relationships. I *adored* Warm Bodies for that reason. #WeeknightWriters
