So, Arcane s2 is a visual masterpiece, the industry will be pouring over it for years and years. But it's a sobering thought the business side severely interfered with the show I love.

What I think the story of Arcane season 2 kinda got away from was, this was supposed to be the story of two sisters - and secondarily two cities as reflected in their conflicts.

Going far beyond the scope of that diluted this focus.

Not saying I didn't want caitvi, I super did, but that shouldn't be the only thing she has going for her. Season two was so close to incredible, that it falling short just hurts so fucking bad. Vi was my favorite & matters so much to me, and she was neglected by the narrative.
