We heard that if you top up from retail stores, it's faster.

Please note that sometimes topping up your Opal card can take up to a few days before it shows up in your account.

@phildoggz Their customer service takes a bit of time to get back to you, so if you just topped up less than 24 hours, I'd just wait first.

Btw, we heard before that the balance sometimes take up to a week to top up.
