Operation Big Turkey is just one week away! We’re about to pick up all the ingredients to make a traditional holiday meal. Today’s fact is all about everyone’s favourite side! Our kitchen will be preparing fluffy mashed potatoes using 190 kilograms of spuds (that’s 400 pounds!).

This year we’re pleased to announce that @restaurant18 will be a turkey destination for those in the downtown core. This is the second year that they will be opening their doors and welcoming guests. Simply show up between 3 and 5 PM for a really great holiday meal.
