due to reason that isn't her own doing. The officials said they don't have her record on the database reason been that the passport was issued in 2019. They also went further to say that nothing can be done as per refund. Kindly advice or direct. Thanks

@nigimmigration Hi, kindly look into this matter. After making the required payment for the renewal of my sister's passport that expired in 2019, she was scheduled for an interview today (29/03/2021) at the Alausa office, but to my greatest surprise she was discontinued...1/2
