INTRODUCING OPEN HOOK

The first hook, OpenHookDynamic is a v4 dynamic fee hook that maximizes total fees generated for an LP pair through a simple volume-based mechanism.

Additional logic built into the hook: 50% of fees generated are automatically swapped into $OPEN and burned. The remaining 50% we claim and compound back into the LP, constantly growing it.
