Set it and forget it. When it comes to temperature control while cooking, here is the one setting I would recommend beginner / amateur cooks leave it on if I could only pick one!
Cooking is very weather dependent. A soup on a drizzly day can nourish, a cold tomato salad in summer refreshes. Different dishes taste better BECAUSE of the weather.
If you use a tea bag once or twice you’d be surprised how much flavor is left in there. The “second steep” is nice to chill down in the fridge during summer too.
