1) El “mayor acuerdo petrolero de la historia” no es un tratado.
Es un titular en papel, asi se lee, el papel aguanta todo.

2) Trump anuncia control de 65 mil millones de barriles.
Rubio habla de 100 mil millones de inversión y Delcy firma.
El Pentágono entra por una oficina que se llama OSC (Office of Strategic Capital (OSC).
Suena a Estado serio, pero No lo es.

3) La OSC no es una petrolera.
Es una oficina del Pentágono creada en 2022 (Biden) para prestar plata a tecnologías de seguridad: chips, baterías, minerales.
La ley le permite préstamos, garantías y asesoría.
No le permite ser socia de una empresa.

4) El portavoz del Pentágono lo dijo claro:
la OSC "no toma acciones" en compañías privadas.
El "Wall Street Journal" dice que quieren un 35% de NABEP con “warrants de un centavo”.
Eso, en cristiano, es ser dueño, y eso la ley no se lo dio.

5) Aunque el Congreso mañana le diera permiso de comprar acciones, ese permiso sería para minerales y baterías. No para el petróleo de Venezuela.
Están usando un destornillador para clavar un viga.

6) Tampoco hay tratado.
Un tratado en Estados Unidos pasa por el Senado.
Esto no pasó por el Senado.
No pasó por el Congreso.
No hay ley especial.
No hay presupuesto para 100 años.
Hay un tuit y una llamada con Delcy.
Un titular de campaña electoral.

7) En Estados Unidos el que gasta es el Congreso, no el presidente.
“Sin costo para el contribuyente” es el truco:
firman un papel barato hoy para cobrar barriles mañana.
El próximo presidente puede no cobrarlos.
El próximo Congreso puede cortar la plata.

8) Delcy ya no está en la lista OFAC.
Eso solo quiere decir que un americano puede sentarse con ella sin ir preso por sanciones.
No quiere decir que ella pueda vender el subsuelo de Venezuela.
Sacarte de una lista no te da proteccion de la Constitución.

9) La Constitución venezolana es brutalmente simple:
el petróleo es de la República.
No se vende.
Una encargada sin voto popular ni legitimidad de origen no puede firmar un siglo de yacimientos.
Un gobierno electo libre y popularment puede decir: esto nació nulo.

10) NABEP es el cascarón: una empresa privada en Barbados, de Alejandro Betancourt.
Ahí sí hay un contrato.
Ese pedazo puede vivir en un papel comercial.
El problema no es NABEP.
El problema es el título sobre los pozos.
Sin título sano, el cascarón está vacío.

11) Por eso no llamaron a Exxon ni a Conoco.
Ellas preguntan: ¿quién firma, por cuánto tiempo, y quién lo respeta el día después?
Betancourt no pregunta eso.
Delcy tampoco.
El Pentágono, con esta oficina, tampoco.

12) Mi Veredicto, en una frase:

En derecho estadounidense el acuerdo es, hoy, un anuncio ejecutivo apoyado en una oficina que no puede ser accionista, en una categoría que no cubre petróleo venezolano, sin tratado, sin ley especial y sin apropiación para un siglo.
En derecho venezolano es un acto de quien no puede disponer del subsuelo. El único pedazo con algo de pegamento es un contrato privado con NABEP. Ese pegamento no alcanza para 65 mil millones de barriles.

13) Por eso la prisa del titular.
No es la solidez del papel.
Es el miedo a que el papel se lea.

14) En Siria sentaron al que tenía el fusil.
En Venezuela sentaron a la que ya tenía el despacho.
El método es el mismo: negocio primero, pueblo después.
La diferencia es peor: aquí reciclaron la misma casa.

15) Libertad no es un campo de petroleo a 100 años con la estructura que nos destruyó y sigue pisando a los venezolanos, y pone en riesgo las Americas.
Libertad es quien puede firmar por el país.
Hoy no hay quién.
Y sin quién, no hay acuerdo.
Hay un letrero.

President Trump could have called for elections, negotiated with legitimate leadership in Venezuela, and secured the country’s oil concessions with the legitimacy and backing of 90% of the Venezuelan population.

Instead, he chose to negotiate a deal with Delcy Rodríguez behind the backs of the Venezuelan people—one that I believe will have an enormous negative impact on the United States for decades to come. In doing so, he has handed the anti-imperialist Latin American left a powerful weapon that they will use to win elections for decades, turn populations against the United States, and, in turn, once again push the majority of Venezuelans against the United States.

For decades, many people, myself included, argued that the United States was a better strategic and economic partner for our countries than China, Russia, or Iran because it respected the rule of law, institutions, and democracy. Today, given what has just happened, it will be extremely difficult to make that case.

I insist that, after January 3, President Trump was seen as a hero by the vast majority of Venezuelans and by a large portion of Latin Americans. That image has changed dramatically over the past few months, and the way this deal has been handled will only make the situation worse.

It is deeply unfortunate, because President Trump could have achieved an equally favorable outcome for the United States while also having the backing of the Venezuelan people. He only needed to change the interlocutor. Now, I don’t see how this can be fixed, and I believe that, politically, this will greatly benefit communists and socialists—the true enemies of the United States—across the region.

The biggest newspaper in Belgium, subsidised by the government and the E.U., launches yet another attack on @nathancofnas.

Next to the usual insults and lies, HLN now literally writes “Cofnas stated black people should not get higher positions in society”.

NOT “if no DEI, then .. would not be professors…”

No. They lie that Cofnas says “black people SHOULD NOT get…”

They also imply it is Cofnas’ ultimate goal to bar black people from influential positions and imply that Cofnas attacked Arday with false allegations because he was black.

This is dangerous for many reasons. Firstly because these lies get people killed. Cofnas has already been physically attacked.

Secondly because these lies will be used to justify his firing from Ghent University and potentially his imprisonment under Belgium’s dystopic anti-discrimination laws.

But Dries, it’s just a newspaper article, that’s not evidence?

Wrong. In Belgium, regime media will lie, then regime judges will convict you and use these regime media lies as proof, and then the media will point at the verdict and say “see, it’s proven in court!”

I know it sounds crazy but that’s how it works here. Circular lies. Even in the highest courts, the judges and prosecutors read and use MSM articles — not juridic evidence or files.

Toen BLM in enkele dagen de oceaan overstak, waarom hoorden we toen dezelfde commentaar niet? Wat hadden wij immers met een specifiek Amerikaanse context en actualiteit te maken?

Omdat de cultuuroorlog tegen onze manier van leven in de VS in de jaren '60 begonnen is, al lang geleden naar ons geëxporteerd is. Net zo loopt de reactie op het cultuurmarxisme in de VS jaren op ons voorop. Bijgevolg zien ze de bui hangen over wat onvermijdelijk ook hier staat te gebeuren: het omverwerpen van hun cultuurmarxistische hegemonie.

Cultuurmarxisme stelde dat om het 'onderdrukkende kapitalistisch systeem' omver te werpen, men de culturele bovenbouw moest deconstrueren en uiteindelijk vervangen door een een marxistische culturele hegemonie. Deconstructie ondermijnt de geldende orde en verzet zo de bakens, waardoor een nieuwe marxistische hegemonie/orde de leegheid invult.

Dat gaat in stappen, maar volgens het concept van permanente revolutie. Een voorbeeld: politieke correctie werd positieve discriminatie en tenslotte woke. Of nog, vrije meningsuiting werd haatspraak om te eindigen in eenheidsdenken.

Links is geslaagd in zijn lange mars door de instellingen. Ze hebben een totale culturele hegemonie gevestigd in media, cultuur, politiek en onderwijs. De progressive pride-propaganda wordt elk jaar totaler en radicaler, het anti-blank racisme is gesystematiseerd en geïnstitutionaliseerd in zowel private als publieke sector, etc.

De klassieke rechterzijde heeft daar nooit enig verzet tegen opgebracht, noch in de VS, noch bij ons. Maar heeft integendeel het cultuurmarxisme helemaal geïnternaliseerd en draagt het nu als een echte bekeerling fanatiek uit, zo bewijst ook de N-VA in ons land.

De politie in het Antwerpen van Bart De Wever is letterlijk "te blank". UNIA krijgt er naast 8 miljoen euro jaarlijkse subsidie van De Wever nog een Vlaams mensenrechteninstituut aan 5 miljoen per jaar erbij. DE voorbeelden zijn eindeloos. De voorzitter van de Raad van Bestuur van de UGent (Geert Bourgeois) noch de minister van Onderwijs (Zuhal Demir) legt het cultuurmarxistisch vergif in het onderwijs niets in de weg, maar integendeel, faciliteert, subsidieert en legitimeert de cultuurmarxistische hegemonie.

De UGent is niet in een geëxporteerde cultuuroorlog verzeild geraakt, de UGent krijgt te maken met de reactie op hun cultuuroorlog die ze dachten gewonnen te hebben.
