Update: this was a Nigerian Air Force aircraft, not a helicopter. NGR 931 lost radar contact at about 9:13am on a Benin to Lagos flight and crashed near the Naval Base in Igbokoda. The Aviation Minister says 32 people were on board. Search and rescue is ongoing.
