The type of voters that will decide the upcoming Swedish election and may still switch between parties or blocs👇
Stockholm Middle Class Mom: She’s disgusted with the idea that SD may get ministers in a new right-wing govt. Hence she’s gonna vote for the left now. But she’s low key worried about the prospect of higher taxes if V enters govt
LO-Sosse: SD is focussing their campaign on these voters in Norrland and Småland where the swing to the left is smallest across the country. They try to sway these voters from S with the promise of cheap fuel prices
The First and Second Generation Blatte: in the last election, turnout fell in Sweden’s migrant-dominated neighbourhoods and towns. Indirectly granting the right a majority. The question is whether they’ll turn out to vote now to oust the right from power or will they stay away? They’d vote for either S or V.
Traditional C-voter: They’ve always remained loyal to C. But they’re a bit uneasy at the prospect of C working with Vänsterpartiet now. Will everyone be forced to drive in an electric car? They’re low key hoping for a S-C-KD government. Otherwise they might vote for the right instead.
After ignoring Russia's cluster munitions strike against a European capital city for over a week, "Human Rights Watch" grudgingly criticises Moscow after being heavily criticised for trying to block Turkish munitions transfers to Ukraine.
I’ve launched off the front of aircraft carriers hundreds of times, have a Master’s degree in aeronautical engineering, and am a test pilot and even I wouldn’t suggest to the Navy how to engineer specific systems on its ships. Donald Trump should stick to what he knows best — ballrooms, bankruptcy, and bullshit.
🇳🇱 The Netherlands has selected the Piranha 5 Armoured Personnel Carrier as the basis of its future Electronic Warfare platform under the Knifefish project.
An overall interesting development, as originally it was expected that such a platform would be based on the Boxer instead.
This decision also affects Germany, as both countries had agreed to procure the same mobile EW platform meaning that Germany is likely to also use Piranha 5 for this role.
GDELS for its part, is opening a large production facility in Germany capable of producing up to 500 armoured vehicles per year split between the Piranha and Eagle series.

Our CEO called me in a rage because his Zoom calls kept dropping.
He said his video was freezing every 15 seconds and asked if we were under a DDoS attack.
We weren't under a DDoS attack.
I was manually throttling the executive Wi-Fi network down to 128 kilobits per second.
I told him we were suffering from acute packet fragmentation due to an outdated routing table.
I explained that the incoming data packets were colliding in the local cache and tearing each other apart.
He asked how long it would take to rebuild the routing table.
I told him the only way to stop the fragmentation was to authorize my pending $85K budget request for a new fiber-optic firewall.
That request had been sitting on his desk for 3 weeks.
He pulled it up on his iPad and signed it while still on the phone with me.
The second the DocuSign email hit my inbox, I removed the bandwidth cap.
His Zoom feed instantly snapped into pristine 4K resolution.
He audibly gasped and told me I was an absolute miracle worker.
I told him I had to manually reroute the packet streams through a secure secondary tunnel.
I used the phrase "dynamic latency overriding."
He sent an email to the entire company praising the IT department for our rapid crisis response.
The new firewall budget is actually going to be used to build a private Classic server for my World of Warcraft guild.
I don't solve problems.
I manufacture minor technological hostage situations.
Bandwidth is just leverage.
US Health Secretary’s son fought for Ukraine: Russia has now put him on an international wanted list
32-year-old Conor Kennedy is the son of US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. In 2022, he joined Ukraine’s International Legion and fought alongside the Ukrainian Armed Forces for several months.
Kennedy said he was ready to die for Ukraine and urged other foreigners to join the Legion.
Russia has put the American on an international wanted list, labeling him a “foreign mercenary”.
If arrested, he faces 7 to 10 years in prison in Russia.
Many thanks to the Atlantic Council for conducting an interview with me this week. The topic was “resilience.” The Atlantic Council does important work, so I was honored to be chosen as one of their interviewees. Pictured below are Donna, my editor and business partner, Nancy, and me.

Breaking: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's net worth is now under $100,000, per her latest recent filing
She's still carrying the student loan she took out in 2007
Politics nerds on this website really overestimate the average voter’s interest in stuff like “progressive versus moderate” and completely ignore things like integrity, relatability, consistency, and honesty. People aren’t that ideological, they just want someone they trust
The 425th Skelia Assault Regiment, infamous for receiving disproportionate personnel replenishments, high battlefield losses, abuse on base, and answering directly to former Commander-in-Chief Syrskyi, has now been assigned to the command of the 1st Azov Corps. More info soon.
Dan Sullivan voted to keep the Epstein files sealed.
He then raked in campaign donations from Epstein associates, including one from Epstein's “black book.”
It’s sickening. Alaska deserves better than a senator who profits off of protecting pedophiles.

Dearest mother,
Rousing news! Veteran soldier Waller of Darren has sworn himself to our Regiment on a one‑year accord. His fire strengthens a station long in need of might. I’ll attempt to revive his Raider legend, though it creaks like an old war wagon. Intrigued.

Russia has been weaponizing migrants for years all over Europe, while backing the far-right parties that campaign against the same migrants. It’s a significant and effective element of Russia's war.
