Our friend, TWZ contributor, and sub-hunting veteran, Kevin Noonan (@AncientSubHunt) has passed away. This was a shock. Kevin was truly a great guy. Extremely humble, so inquisitive, and a great storyteller.

I remember when I asked if he wanted to do a big 'confessions of' series on his time in the S-3. He said he would love to but he didn't think anyone cared about his time in the Navy and his memories of it. I told him he was so wrong. I am glad he found out just how much people did.

A big thank you to Kevin for being a wonderful person and sharing his colorful memories with us. I may even have one more piece from Kevin we hadn't gotten to wrapping up, I think it would be a great homage. I will look into it, but until than, I just wanted to say thank you to Kevin and that we will miss him.

@Aviation_Intel I think there's no need to go deep in the imagination to contemplate it. Just look to what the Brazilian Air Force made with the F-5 to have a nice starting picture of what the F-20 could have been in a modern scenario.

They got so much right with this design it’s remarkable. Product of late 60s/early 70s tech. F-15EX has 20k hour airframe life. Current fighters have 6-8k (need SLEP/close monitoring/restrictions from there). Eagles will be in service well into the back half of the 21st Century.

@ClaroBrasil boa noite, fiz a instalação do serviço ComboMulti na minha residência há exato 1 mês, e até hoje não consigo usar o NOW na TV. Pelo telefone não consigo suporte, e por aqui nenhuma sugestão efetiva. Mas a fatura veio cobrada na íntegra. E aí?
